A Celebration of the Seasons…
Drift Terrain is a seasonal meditation on phenology- Similar to the shifting of the seasons and the evolution of organisms, this soundscape rises, recedes, and reconfigures, audiences are invited to enter a meditative state, moving freely through the space or settling into stillness. Drift Terrain unfolds as an ever-changing landscape — porous, textural, and alive with listening. This performance features trē seguritan abalos, local sound artist and flutist, with live processing and electronic texturew by Herman “Soy Sos” Pearl, every Drift Terrain showcases new collaborators. SPRING Drift Terrain showcased Drew Collins (Bass) and Dariyah Scott (Vocals).
